Aroma & Co. was born from a simple idea: that coffee is more than just a beverage—it's an experience, a ritual, and a way to bring people together. Our founder, Maria Santos, spent over a decade traveling the world, learning from master roasters and baristas, before bringing her vision to life in Austin.
We believe in doing things the right way, not the easy way. That's why we roast our beans in small batches, bake our pastries fresh every morning, and take the time to perfect every drink we serve. It's also why we've built relationships with sustainable farms that share our values of quality and environmental stewardship.
But what truly makes Aroma & Co. special isn't just our coffee—it's our community. From the regular who comes in every morning for their cappuccino, to the student studying for exams, to the friends catching up over pastries, everyone has a place at our table.
